Who we are
Local plumbing for a county-seat town
Lebanon is not a town of new subdivisions. It is the county seat, and its streets are full of brick row homes and twins that were standing long before most of us were born. That changes the kind of plumbing work a house needs. The pipe under a 1947 home is not the pipe under a 2015 home, and the fix that works in a newer build can be the wrong call in a basement full of cast iron and galvanized steel.
We focus on that older stock and the problems that come with it. Cast iron drain stacks near the end of their life. Galvanized supply lines that have rusted down to a trickle. Lead service lines flagged by the water authority. Pipes that freeze along an uninsulated exterior wall in January, and basements that take on water when the spring melt comes off the ridges. None of it is exotic here. How we work
Straightforward, call-only service
There is no form to fill out and no portal to log into. You call, you talk to a person, and you get a plumber. For an emergency the plumber walks you through shutting off water before anyone arrives. For planned work we look at the job, explain the options in plain terms, and give you a price before we start. If a repair will not hold and a replacement is the honest answer, we say so.
A few things we can stand behind without dressing them up: we are licensed and insured, we keep our pricing upfront, our estimates are free, and we run service day and night across Lebanon and the boroughs and townships around it. We do not post fake reviews or invent an anniversary year. The work speaks plainly enough on its own.
Our approach
We treat older pipe like older pipe
The mistake we see most often is treating a hundred-year-old house like a new one. A galvanized line that tests fine today can clog solid next winter, and a cast iron stack that still drains can be paper-thin at the joints. So we look at the whole picture before we quote: the age of the home, what the pipe is made of, how the basement sits, and what the rest of the system is likely to do over the next few years. Sometimes the right answer is a small repair. Sometimes it is replacing a run now to avoid a flooded basement later — and we will tell you which, plainly.
That same thinking carries into the work the City of Lebanon Authority has been flagging. When a service line shows up as lead or unknown on the authority's inventory, we confirm the material, replace it properly, and leave you with a record of what went in. No scare tactics, just a clean line and a clear explanation.
